GM Help sa Viewer Spin prize. may error po :(

[spin the wheel event]

GM. I won "costume gryphon wing ears"  in the viewer spin the wheel, but i did not get the prize. an error occured and i didnot get the screen shot.

IGN: vaneza

Spin time frame: about 7am-8:30am

also please give me link to download how to fix the error for Costume shinning dagger and costume elven queen ears. i always get error when i see one of it in the game. thanks sir.
